ATV Winches - Limited Lifetime Warranty
(PROMARK OFFROAD Pro, XT, XTR, Trail, Outback Series)
PROMARK OFFROAD guarantees to the original purchaser that (1) the mechanical components of a PROMARK OFFROAD ATV winch will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the winch and (2) the electrical components (including the motor, contactor, and switches/remotes) will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one and a half years (18 Months) from the original purchase date. This Warranty does not cover cables, synthetic ropes, fairleads or exterior finishes.
The Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the winch. To obtain service under this warranty, you must provide PROMARK OFFROAD with purchase information including date and purchaser name and address and pay for shipping from PROMARK OFFROAD for the replacement part.
The Warranty does not cover the cost of labor or transportation/shipping charges for the replacement or installation of defective parts. The warranty does not apply to those products or parts of products that have been altered from their original configuration.
Warranty does not apply to those products that have been misused or improperly installed.
PROMARK OFFROAD shall not be responsible or liable for any indirect or consequential damages. These consequential damages may include, but are not limited to, lost profits or loss of use and down time.
PROMARK OFFROAD reserves the right to change the Product design without notice. PROMARK OFFROAD reserves the right to replace any part or whole unit with a newer design of the same function.

PROMARK OFFROAD guarantees to the original purchaser that the mechanical components and the electrical components of a PROMARK OFFROAD Recovery winch will be free of defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. This Warranty does not cover cables, synthetic ropes, fairleads, loss of wireless remotes or exterior finish of the winches.
The Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the winch. To obtain service under this Warranty, you must provide PROMARK OFFROAD with purchase information including date and purchaser name and address and pay for shipping for the warranty replacement parts.
