Great with my eagle plow

bought my plow and winch set-up from ProMArk last year for my Honda 420. I like the brake on the winch. Works well. I would recommend this from my experience in the U-Per.

Had the plow for just shy of a year and the winch basically blew up. Had plowed around 15-20 times. Sent the winch in to PROMARK and it was rebuilt. Remounted the winch and used it 3 times before it blew up again. Not impressed to say the least. Purchased the winch on the advise of the PROMARK representative I spoke with through customer service. Called customer service and they are sending me the XT 2000 as an upgrade, but I was charged again for the winch and told my account would be credited once they received the broken winch. I'm guessing the XT 2000 isn't going to work too well for plowing snow as it doesn't have a load brake, and it will probably be a pain to push snow as the plow will be coming down on its own. While I appreciate the gesture, I'm hesitant to install the winch and believe I will probably bite the bullet and purchase a Warn as I have no confidence in the PROMARK winch. I

Nice product, works great. The only thing that i can suggest is the manufacture needs to put longer mounting bolts in the box, i went out and bought longer ones because there was not enough thread showing(none) after everything was tightened up. All in all, nice job keeping the price down with everything you get. My friend was upset that he wasted his money on a Warn Winch, when mine does just about the same and was a 1/3 of the cost, plus free shipping.

Fits warn winch mount perfectly...Just as promark said.Without a doubt this is the best value you will get. Winch,roller fairlead, even a rubber winch hook cushion,all hardwear....and mounting in about 1 hour with a couple of buddies.You wont be disappointed.

Great customer service

Unfortunately the first time I needed the product to save me from a big mud hole, the 1500 XT winch was unable to stay in gear. Upon calling customer service, I was told of a defect in the product I purchased, but the company guaranteed the product would be replaced and I would be compensated for the inconvenience. Within a week and a half of sending in my XT 1500 a new XT 2500 arrived in the mail with all the new components to upgrade my 4 wheeler. Thank you Promark Off road for your great customer service and backing your product, making my money well spent.
